Henry (Pash) Baker

My grandfather, Henry "Pash" Baker served on the HMS Repulse during the war and survived its sinking. Unfortunately, he died in July 2000 and his last wishes were for his ashes to be scattered over the Repulse in the South China Seas. My mother has been desperately attempting to have someone take his ashes out there but keeps reaching dead ends. If anyone has any suggestions in how to do this, I would be extremely grateful.
