Yeoman of Signals Walter E. Sutton, D/JX 129177 in SULTAN Survived the sinking of Prince of Wales, but was later lost serving in Dutch cruiser DE RUYTER in the Battle of the Java Sea.

(There is some confusion, his middle name is given as either E or Harris, and he's listed with the CWGC as dying at HMS Sultan in Singapore, and Cruiser De Ruyter in the Battle of the Java Sea).
