My great Uncle Eric was the 10th child of Hedley and Lucy Flint and was born in Norwich on 13th January 1913. I have no information of his naval career, short though it must have been, but I assume he would have been a member of the crew of HMS Prince of Wales at the time it took Winston Churchill to Nova Scotia to meet the President of the USA for the Atlantic Conference. I have a marvellous account of this in the book of the trip written by the author H V Morton. Paul Flint
