My father was Petty Officer Henry James Coles,
he was a survivor of the sinking of HMS Prince of Wales. He was mentioned in a Penguin book published about the sinking of Force Z. He then boarded a ship bound for Australia, Dad was then on loan to the Royal Australian Navy for two years, after which he returned to England. I would like to speak to anyone who could give me any help regarding this issue. I have some information from when he was stationed in Australia but there is a lot missing.
