Crew

Vic Evans served on board HMS Express from July 1939 until she was mined on August 31st 1940.

He was one of the crew of HMS Express picked up by HMS Ivanhoe and was injured when HMS Ivanhoe struck the mine. He was later picked up by an MTB and taken to hospital in Great Yarmouth.
